Dust Visibility During Paint and Primer

When sanding automotive primer or clear coat, keeping the workface visible is a primary concern. The 5 inch 5 hole hook and loop sanding discs feature a 125mm diameter with a specific 5-hole layout, aligning with common 5-inch random orbital sanders. This configuration pulls dust efficiently, allowing technicians to monitor the scratch pattern and surface leveling. The discs use aluminum oxide or silicon carbide grain, covering P60 to P2000.

Port Matching Challenges

A 5-hole disc mounted on an 8-hole plate will block part of the extraction path, reducing dust management efficiency. Therefore, verifying the port count and spacing against the sander plate is required before ordering. The discs are applied across auto paint steps (primer to clear coat), furniture flat panels and edges, metal rust removal, and wall joint compound sanding.

Process Stage Supply

The grit range is divided into P60–P400 for coarse and mid-stage work, and P600–P2000 for fine stage work, enabling shops to order by process step. Custom hole layouts and diameter combinations are arranged based on the equipment used.

Order Fulfillment

Before bulk manufacturing, the sample is validated against the customer's exact plate and port layout. Small quantity orders are shipped within roughly three days, larger orders in about a week. The terms are 50% deposit upfront, with the balance paid upon inspection prior to dispatch.
